A Bit More About Me

The reason I got into this industry is because I've been there. I've been the small skinny guy trying to build muscle to defend myself and to have more self confidence. I've also been the chubby guy who was too embarrassed to take my shirt off at the beach. Once I integrated on-point but yet flexible nutrition and training, my physique got much better but I also felt much healthier. This changed my life and turned into my passion as I studied health sciences (nutrition major) for 6 years and started teaching people.
